Kim Vogel was so unprofessional and unnecessarily rude when I went there in 2021. You can find a better doctor who respects you and actually cares -not here.
Tonight's team was the best! Very thorough, professional, nice, and no judgement for our request for additional testing. We appreciate the piece of mind with our little one starting school for the first time! Special shout-outs to Janet and Angelina at the front desk making check in quick and easy, and Medical Assistants Brenda and Priscilla who helped with all the testing and getting us in a room with swiftness. A very special thanks to Dr. Martinez. I wish you were there every time we have to come by. She's very thorough a... read more
Great customer service, waiting time wasn’t bad at all check in before time always help, and also doctor take care of my son really fast, results from the test came back quick.
Excellent, except wait time in lobby and in patient room is always way too long, even with an appointment. Expect to spend at least an hour and a half or longer at any location, in our experience. Also, I asked for documentation of proof of positive Covid test and was denied.
Took my 3 month old in because he couldn't breath and has a nasty cough and mucus (like allergies) the dr refused to listen when I said he never had a fever or refusal to eat. He still acts normal but she swore he has a virus causing the cough. She gave him a steroid to help with inflammation and it didnt help. He still has the cough and mucus. I was asking about a medicated nebulizer for allergies but she was insistent on it was just a virus
