I was a walk-in, Check-in was pretty simple and Took No Longer then a Few Seconds on the Little Screen. All of the staff was quick and professional when It came To My Baby. Called us to the back pretty quickly and separated us From The Waiting Area Since Baby Was So Young. We Were Seen and Tested quick, This Was A Good Visit here. No Complaints, I Feel My Babygirl Was Very Well Cared For. I would Recommend This Location 🤗
Just the worst. Not a care in the world for peoples time.
Staff was friendly, the wait wasn’t long, and Dr. Wilson was absolutely pleasant.
I can not believe this place .. we got there at 8:40 and the lady in the front was telling me they were closed . How are you closed and we walked right to the window. Then as my sons over here bleeding alll over the place because he had a cut underneath his eye.?they were standing around in a circle debating if they were going to see him.!so we immediately left and took him to the emergency room .This is unacceptable. Don’t waste time when medical treatment is needed for a child.
Go to a different little spurs clinic than the one on se military. I felt like they didn’t know what was wrong with my kid and just kicked me out without any explanation of what could be wrong or what do to if the symptoms continued. The best location was the Austin hwy location, the staff was nicer and they empathized and gave me an explanation on what could be wrong.
