My 2 year old started here in December 2025 and has had the best experience! I think the bad reviews were because of previous directors. Miss Kiana took over a few months ago and is FANTASTIC as is her assistant director Ms LaBrae. My son is thriving and we are so happy.
This school has bad communication and do not know how to solve issues my son is 1 year and 8 months they always called me when I had work I would never come back to this day care they do not understand anyone situation I am not happy at all they were no help.
We had a great experience here, teachers were caring, nice facility, not cheap but a place you can feel good about leaving your child. this spot ABSOLUTELY does not deserve 2.7 stars.
What parents are describing is NOT uncharacteristic of Mission Valley. Ever since Learning Jungle took ownership over Little Sprouts it has been a train wreck. We (and several others) received the same run around - threatening to kick our kid out for normal toddler behavior, lack of communication, cancelled meetings, etc. I even went so far to take my child to the pediatrician and have him taken for a learning assessment through SDUSD… all trained professionals who evaluated my son told us to RUN from a daycare who suggested... read more
Our son has been attending since October 2024 and he seems to have adapted quickly. The facilities are appropriate and clean. The staff is attentive and caring. The daily activities and curriculum are good. He has had some trouble eating and finishing his meals but the teachers are putting extra efforts to make sure he learns to eat by himself.
