Job done fast My old pc died and I needed a fix fast. Brought it in and they did it the same day. It was around $120 for the fix which was a moderate price. Cheaper then best buy. Friendly but messy.
They switched me to Apple I had a transition to Apple from a Windows PC and they helped me out. They moved my data including some difficult items. They had a good price on the upgrades or the apple and seemed to know the product well. Its nice to be able to pick up so many items so close to home.
Ok across the board... Although Little Shop of Hardware's employees are very knowledgeable, they come off as snotty sometimes, which has prevented me from going there more. They have had a problem keeping the floors clear of surplus merchandise, and because of this, the small shop always feels cluttered and in disarray. However, the service is top-notch, and the prices (a little higher than) reasonable. I use these guys for my random hardware needs when I don't feel like waiting for shipping from an internet site. Windows rescue My Dell computer got infected with a nasty virus despite being protected with anti virus software (uggg!). I worked with Dell over the phone but could not get the computer to function properly. Little Shop was recomended by friends and so I took it there. The place full of computer stuff, old and new kinda messy but they seem to have a good variety of parts. It took three days but they removed the infection without me needing to wipe the whole system clean. To me that was worth more then a new cheap pc even th... read more
