Somehow, my appointment time got mixed up. The staff shuffled their schedules to see me. I got a good cleaning and full films because of problems with several teeth. Dr. Cruse evaluated my problem teeth, including the two that were the most urgent, and explained my options. He gave me the number of an endodontist to see about one of those teeth. I explained that finances were a problem, and he was understanding and gave me a way of assessing my need for care given my financial situation.

The staff is super friendly and personal. Dr. Cruz takes a real interest in you and your family. Our family has been going here for years. We love them all.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy to make and reschedule appointments and very short wait times. I almost always get in at the time scheduled which I really appreciate since I am taking time from work.
Best dentist in town. Dr.Cruse has the nicest staff I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. It's like visiting with family at every appointment.
I am amazed at how punctual LRD is with their appointments. With many dentists and doctors, patients typically have to wait in the office well after the scheduled appointment time. Not so with Dr. Cruse. They are always ready for me at my scheduled time. I really appreciated the time Dr. Cruse took with me to make sure I understood the various treatment options I should consider. He even took extra photos from different angles so I could see what he was seeing. This gave me what I needed to make an informed decision.
Staff was very quick & efficient & friendly. Dr. Cruze is a professional yet very approachable & friendly as well. They stamped my parking ticket for free parking, too!!
