I am impressed with the efficiency of this clinic as well as how thorough my PCP Dr. Moore is in examining me. I’m grateful he refilled my medications for mental health since the appointment with that provider was much later in the future. I also appreciated my conditions being explained in layman’s terms, leaving little need for any further questions. I would recommend anyone in the area that needs a PCP to schedule an appointment here. Thank you for providing me with above average healthcare!

Went in for swollen lymph node, nurse said she was going to do a wellness visit, what she did not tell me was that insurance wasn't going to pay for it and it would cost me $186.00. It consisted of a few questions, telling me 3 words and asking me to repeat them and telling me the time and asking me to draw a clock with the time on it. When I got the bill and called to complain I was told to call my insurance. Update: Issue has been resolved.
Don’t go here if you’re sick. $150 for a <$20 Covid/Flu test- Just go to Walgreens. Oh, and they will be spiteful and refuse a refill for a simple anti-inflammatory drug when you have a pulled lumbar muscle. Never paying for that covid/flu test just on principle. Will be seeking medical care literally anywhere else.
Absolutely love Dr John Jaoyroe, but sadly I will be finding a new PCP. I paid whatever balance I had at my last appointment (which I still have the reciept for), but yet when I called to make an appointment for an issue with my shoulder that I was seen 8 months ago for and is now causing me more issues, I was told I have a balance and the woman on the phone REFUSED to make me an appointment without it being paid first.
