Excellent Service Professional staff and modern facility
(This is my GFs post that won’t show up on google for some reason…) The vet and nurses were all very nice. However, I’m disappointed with the issue involving my dogs dewclaws was handled. My dog was supposed to have all of their nails trimmed , while under anesthesia getting neutered but the dewclaws were not cut, which eventually led to a painful issue and an unexpected $408 vet bill . First time going to this vet and I am impressed with the kindness of the staff and Doctor Mango! The prices were affordable and the care was exemplary. The office was clean and everyone was professional and caring. I will be taking all 5 of my pets there from now on. 5+ stars!!!
I just want to recognize the people working at the LRVC. Our dog received some terrible test results but it looked like immediate medication could potentially save her. Despite their office being closed for a training day, the caring employees took time out of their agenda to make a call to the Publix pharmacy. This allowed us to get the meds we desperately needed right away. THANK YOU for caring so much about your patients.
