I show up for my appointment at the stated time after not eating or drinking for four hours as directed. I'm given paperwork to fill out, then when I am 90% done they tell me that they don't actually need me to fill that one out. Next they ask me if I can wait thirty minutes because they don't have insurance approval yet. Thirty minutes go by and they haven't even contacted the insurance company yet.
