They did a great job straightening out a severely kinked herringbone bracelet from my grandma for $25. Very happy to be able to restore the original gold and save the ~$500 cost in gold and labor to replace the chain.

I came in asking if I could have someone look at bracelet in need of a simple repair. I overheard the owner (I assumed) testily tell the shop employee that she was "…too busy to do that" and to take my information and the bracelet. I left both. A little over a week later, I received a call and a lengthy explanation as to why the repair will cost $450. First time here when I went Valentine’s Day shopping. Staff was VERY helpful and worked with me to find the perfect gift for my girlfriend. Love their work and stock. Next time I’m in the market for jewelry I’m definitely coming here again. Really appreciate the staff here.
