I couldn't be more happy with the outcome of working with child strive. They helped us in so many ways. From our family coordinator Osha to his Special Educator Sarah. Sarah was so patient and took on different techniques if my son wasn't catching on with something. She was ALWAYS so understanding and my son looked forward to seeing her. They ROCK.
Our patient care coordinator, Katherine, scheduled us weeks out for an in-person assessment. We confirmed earlier this week via email; however, because she couldn’t reach us by phone, she cancelled our appointment. My family was waiting and ready. She didn’t bother to email and then tried to tell me that because phone was my preferable communication method, she cancelled, as if she hadn’t emailed me multiple times in the past couple weeks. I can’t praise this place high enough! My son was having trouble with speech and would constantly blabber instead of talk. But everyone involved from the start made a huge impact on not only my son but us and how we approach things with him. Osha was so kind and helpful with explaining the process to us and CHRIS!!!!! Omg I hope yall are lucky enough to get Chris!
