Handed our title over in October 2023, found out the car wasn’t actually junked until a year later from this company.
Very rude manager, smh. Was no help at all.
Whoever calls the customers is very rude, no customer service skills at all.
Just ordered a transmission for a focus from here, they had it to me in the time that was discussed on the phone. Everything worked as expected.
