Jason takes his time and has such amazing attention to detail; I couldn’t be happier!
For a while this place was a nice place to come to. The staff were friendly and courteous and really seemed like they enjoyed their job. As of recently, there customer service has been abysmal, to put it nicely. The owner Ivy does not like being spoken to. my sister and i came here recently for the first time because the nail place we usually go to was closed that day, and we both weren't satisfied at all. first off the nail tech who did ny nails didn't even do what i asked, not the right color at all. the nails also weren't filed properly at all !! when i tried to touch my face or itch myself i always got scratched. the nails didn't even last a week !! two days after my visit both my sisters and my nail broke. not only that but my nail tech was vaping while doing my nails ins... read more
My regular nail place was closed on sunday so I decided to give this place a try- BIG MISTAKE. I did powder gel and two of nails broke two days later ! They didnt file it down enough and it caused a lot of strain and damage on my nail bed.What a waste of time and money.
