Excellent work, great customer interface. Stopped/fixed a nasty leak in my irrigation system. Make a long story short, even though they had no openings when I called, Al fit me in at the end of his day to come by and at least stop the leak that I was not able to shut off. While doing so, he checked his parts supply and found he had the necessary part to make a total repair (even though it is an old model) and stayed after dark to replace the problem part.
