I purchased a new head for a 2000 Cummins 5.9 loaded with heavy valve springs etc., for the price of $1829.00 on April 16th 2018. I waited a few days to see if it had shipped. The website kept saying it was awaiting fulfillment. I called on the 19th and was told that it may have been backordered they weren't sure. I called again the next day and talked with someone else and was told it had shipped but their tracking numbers were messed up and they were trying to get it sorted out. Terrible experience with this company. Ordered a motor via online order and took a month for them to tell me it had never been shipped and they didn't know if it had been shipped or if it was still in the shop. Then proceeded to tell me it had been delivered but it was not. I asked for a refund and still 2 weeks later still have not received the 9k dollar refund

This customer was refunded 100% for their order. It was a bad situation where the order was placed over the holidays which always causes delays and a trucking company error that shipped the engine to the wrong location. When the customer canceled the order, the engine had to be returned before we were able to authorize a return.
