EDIT - I loved the office at first, but as my daughter is having major issues with her teeth and we need help. The front desk has become useless and the doctor refuses to call me back. This office is ok if you need a cleaning and nothing more. Do not expect a response if something is wrong. I am highly disappointed in this type of treatment from medical professionals.

The staff in front were "ok". There is a one parent allowed in room policy! which made it very difficult for my husband and I considering this was our 21month old's first dentist visit. The hygienist Shannon was RUDE and I did make sure to let the doctor know while Shannon was in the room, she was cold and seemed bothered that my toddler was not happy, there has to be a certain level of professionalism and patience when working with children. Choosing a new dentist for my 3 year old daughter made me hesitant, but the experience with this pediatric dentist exceeded my expectations. Setting the appointment was easy, thanks to the knowledgeable and friendly front desk. The hygienist was fantastic—friendly and kind throughout. Dr. Caswell was not only kind but also thorough. She took the time to answer every question, putting my mind at ease. Overall, a 5-star experience for both me and my daughter!

My children have been with little peaches for the past 5 years. And since day one we have had nothing but positive experiences . From the front office staff to the Dr. everyone is professional and very friendly. I recommend little peaches .
