Jay has been such a wonderful help to my situation. I am grateful for his willingness to understand what and where I am coming from even if we are not in agreement. I have found comfort in confiding with Jay because when I leave his office I don't feel sad, exhausted or angry. I actually feel relief and validation to my feelings with new skills each experience. I find that as I heal, I grow to understand more about finding peace and I think that is what is most beautiful about working with Jay.
Jay has been a wonderful therapist for as long as I've known him, and helped me through some really tough things. I can't recommend him enough.
I’ve never trusted therapists but when I found Jay I thought I finally found one who actually cared and who understood me. Someone who I could finally trust to help me with my struggles. I was wrong. I know there are things they are obligated to tell. But my issue is he wouldn’t even be honest with me about what he did and he was just fine with canceling my appointment afterwards.
