Over the past 30 plus years we have rented probably close to a dozen different storage units from Nevada to California. But our current Little Orchard Self Storage at 1833 little Orchard Street in San Jose is easily the cleanest, safest and best staffed we've ever had. Melissa and Julie in the yard and office are outstanding for any assistance.Thank you, Lord!
After several years of renting two spaces, immediately after a charge didn't come through they sold all of my belongings and texted me on the last day of auction... that I've only read the following day. I think I know who's behind it... :/ Anyway, I did feel unwelcome at some point but I didn't expect this to happen especially that they knew what's inside and I trusted them with all my belongings and all my life packed inside, including very personal, irreplaceable items and souvenirs. Customer friendly staff. No issues so far. Best storage facility in south bay.
Units are well maintained and the staff is very friendly.
HIGHLY recommend this storage facility. Extremely clean and secure. Every unit has its own personal alarm system and there are cameras being watched constantly for all units as well. Also, this place has some of the best customer service i’ve ever encountered. Melissa & Julie are AMAZING. Melissa loved my shirt so much we got into a conversation about different types of aliens (i was wearing an Alien shirt) lol also Brody the manager is a great man. You gotta meet him. Best dude around
