My daughter was having high fevers over memorial weekend and they would keep in contact with me to see how she was doing. I have never had that at any pedestrian office. They are amazing!! Oh and let me add she wasn't even a patient of theirs yet. Above and beyond any other pediatric office!
Had a wonderful experience as a new patient. Highly recommend, if you are looking for a small practice.
We had a lovely experience at Sebastian's first appointment with Dr. Ozturk. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. Dr. Ozturk also answered all my questions with patience and assured us we were doing a good job as first time parents it was nice to hear. I did not feel rushed at all which is very important to us. The facility is awesome but most importantly super clean. Looking forward to our next visit!
We took our son for a walk in visit and we had a great experience. Dr. Otzurk took a lot of time to check our son and to explain to us what he had. The nurse was also very nice. Fully recommended!!!
Love this new practice! Everyone was so friendly, and the doctor (we saw Dr. Ozturk) was great! No rushing! I felt like no inconvenience to them asking questions. They put an emphasis on making sure there is a personal feel and it's great! They also made a point to introduce us to Dr. Guerra while we were there. I like that they want us to know them. Looking forward to continuing with this team!!
