Folks, this is the real deal! Growing up in Houston and having lived out here for the past 13 years, great BBQ has been hard to come by. What Scott and his team are doing is truly a taste of competition BBQ, which takes a great deal of time and detail. Nice job guys and glad to have you in AZ!

For the longest, I've passed by your establishment multiple times hoping to get a chance to try some of your food. Today was the day, and I invited my family to come along. I know that some people would be put off by the long line, but honestly, when you go with people whose company you enjoy, the wait isn't bad.
