As I laid in bed last night I could hear my husband licking his fingers and then said under his breath, best thing you brought home ever... he gets all my leftovers from work lunches. It melts in your mouth, so good!
I'm from Kansas City and have also lived in Texas so I'm a bit of BBQ snob. Little Miss is hands down the best BBQ place I've ever been. The meat is smoked to perfection with flavor that is, well, perfection. The sauce is good, but in my opinion the meat doesn't even need it. Add some jalapeño cheddar grits and some smoked pecan pie and you've got yourself a little piece of heaven for your mouth. The line is always long but it is well worth it. You won't be disappointed.

If you enjoy your current perspectives on barbecue, there is no reason to visit Little Miss BBQ. However, if you'd like to shatter your preconceived ideas of "good" barbecue, you should probably go there. The life-changing meats would include brisket and beef ribs. Go. Thank me. You're welcome.
Chris and the gang make the 50 mile trip one way worth every mile. You can never go wrong with anything, I try and mix it up each time we go. Thanks guys and we will see you next year!
