The doctor himself is great. What I don't like is the office protocol. There have been many sick visits where I have been in the office for around 4 hours with my sick child that just wants to be home and sleep. That was strike one. They seem to be very money hungry and care more about your check book than the patient. Always have paid my bills, went to make a physical for my son had a $10 balance that they wouldn't schedule the appointment until I came in and paid. Couldn't wait till the appt..
