We came with a group of 24 people. Spent nearly $500. Somehow we were down a kayak, and the older woman running the front desk was really rude when I said we didn't have the correct amount of paddles. The other young lady working the front desk was really rude when we were trying to figure out why we were down a boat and 2 paddles as well. Always the best service and time !
Went today with a group of 9 kayakers, we spent $269. (Drove an hour to get there) Our driver Mike was great. When we returned at 6:15, a woman at the front desk said “We will give you your deposit back this time, but you were late.” Super unfriendly, definitely didn’t want our business. No one EVER told us we needed to return by a certain time. 3 employees began to aggressively argue with me telling me I was wrong. I will never return.

Great experience! Very friendly people, very accommodating, great prices, canoes and kayaks in great shape! Had a ton of fun! Highly recommend!
