I went on to Kelly Blue Books site to see what a cash offer for my Equinox would bring me. Kevin from Little M called me almost immediately. I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and Little M Car Sales! I am so over the fact that no one returns phone calls anymore. NOT Kevin! I left a review earlier talking about how they would not fix a issue with the car that they said they would but It turned out their was a miscommunication and AJ did a good job at making sure we got our problems with the car fixed. I would recommend this place for other buyers.
We went here to buy a car for my mom who is handicapped and the experience was strange because they made us sign a contract saying we would not sue them if it turned out the car we bought from them had issues. Before we bought the car their service advisor named A.J promised me and my mother that he would get the things wrong with the car we would buy fixed. It needed lug nuts and a switch for the AC. We purchased our SUV from Little M Car Sales and had the best experience! Unlike most car dealerships, they didn’t hound us and breathe down our necks. We showed up interested in a certain vehicle and they gave us the keys and let us check it out all we wanted without harassing us, and it was great. Once we decided we wanted to buy it, the process was so easy and fast! Excellent customer service and hospitality! Their office is very clean and we will definitely be coming back if we ever need another vehicle! 10/10 recommend!

Dave was one of the best car salesmen I have ever met! Being a working graduate student, my hopes were getting low on finding a reliable car to get me around. However when I came in I was shown nothing but honesty and respect which is super rare for a 25 year old girl looking for a car! I knew I had a good feeling about this place and I’m so glad we stopped!

We had our best 'used car' purchase experience of many cars in 23 years of marriage. The dealer is honest and fair, which we learned again recently are rare qualities. Never using the local big chain dealers in Raleigh-Durham again.
