Disappointing service - I booked and paid for an order, One week later I received a notification that the order was refunded (with no further information). Just in case, I thought I'd ring to check and was told they're too busy due to Valentine's Day. The order is for 21 Feb. Go figure. I'm pleased to have found another local florist.Â
Had a really nice experience here a few months ago, lovely helpful florist who designed a beautiful and affordable birthday bouquet. Thank you.Â
An easy website for a non-technically minded elderly person to use. All went smoothly from the ordering online to the delivery as requested. Recipient delighted with the flowers which replicated which were exactly as shown online. Will certainly use them again.Â
