$98 bouquet vs two product listing photos. I raised this directly and was told the bouquet was to standard. After said exchange, I post the same photo online via this review and suddenly "it initially doesn't look like little love co's signature style."

i added the gifts (chocolate and a card with a message) to my cart, but they only sent the flowers even though i had already paid for everything !

Disappointing service - I booked and paid for an order, One week later I received a notification that the order was refunded (with no further information). Just in case, I thought I'd ring to check and was told they're too busy due to Valentine's Day. The order is for 21 Feb. Go figure. I'm pleased to have found another local florist.

An easy website for a non-technically minded elderly person to use. All went smoothly from the ordering online to the delivery as requested. Recipient delighted with the flowers which replicated which were exactly as shown online. Will certainly use them again.
