We had a 10:30 am appointment. We arrived 15min earlier and the shop was closed even though it states the shop opens at 10am. We waited till past 10:30 and no one ever showed up. Wasted time and gas to get there, very unprofessional. Do not recommend
Have had 2 great experiences here, now. The atmosphere and ability to play with all of the trucks and toys put our son at ease. And rhetorical stylists are great at working with a squirmy kiddo.
