Jenny is a hair goddess. I came in to see her for a color correction and she did an incredible job. I kept seeing her for balayage, even when I moved out of the city! She really takes the time to talk through your vision and executes flawlessly.
I came here earlier this week for a cut and highlights with Lilly and it was a fantastic experience. The salon is small, but very cute and clean and all the stylists were super friendly and offer you water, coffee, etc throughout your visit. Since I was getting highlights, I was there for a bit, so saw a few other people come and go and everyone’s hair looked great by the time they were leaving. They did a nice job but were sneaky about pricing. I originally booked an appointment that would cost around $300. I asked to add a few face framing highlights. When all was said and done the total was $505. I wanted to vomit. That’s the most I’ve paid anywhere in New York and doesn’t make a lick of sense. For 5 face framing highlights $200?! What a crazy fee. Will not be coming back to this place. Shady and they rip you off.
