Arrived 5 mins late to my son’s first haircut appointment and they wouldn’t see him. Said they book in 15 mins increments and they wouldn’t have time to do his haircut. His stylist wasn’t even done with her 10:45 until 11:10. I was told since we were late and her 11:15 was already there we couldn’t be seen. Her 11:15 was in her chair until 11:40. 25 mins vs 15 mins!
