Don't Do It This is an awful little store that sold me a laptop that fell apart two days after warranty. Which just so happened to only be thirty days. Moreover, the service was horrible. Beware! The warranties are inadequate and will be tweaked to squeeze money out of you even if it's the crappy laptop that falls apart. Just by a Dell.

Excellent Laptop Deal I bought a laptop from them 2 Years ago and it still works fine so I gave that one to my and I just bought an IBM from them. A great deal for the money. They are a little shop but put a lot of time into the laptops that they sell. I go to them for my desktop repair as well. I wish they sold printers I could use a good one

Excellent Repair Cool Shop Apple quoted me $850 to replace a screen I cracked. I was going to throw it out but I went to the little laptop shop and they replaced the screen for $275. I also bought a 2nd Dell for my business from them and it works great.

A Little Laptop Shop is the best bargain in NYC!! Wonderful. I had a nasty virus, and every other place in NY quoted me a price of $85-$100 to fix it. The Little Laptop Shop fixed it up for just $39!!! The only problem was that I brought the laptop in on Thursday, and because it was a holiday weekend, it took almost a week to fix it. (It was ready the following Wednesday). But that being said, they offered me a deal I could have found nowhere else in the city.

Worth The Trip I work in City but live on Long Island and even made a special trip to visit them. I bought a great laptop for under $400 and they even fixed my old one for $39. Real pros It was done in a day PROS: Honesty in repair and a good selection of used laptops CONS: a little hard to find, small place

Joke I made clear that my laptop's HD had been scrubbed -- this was put in writing in a letter read by the clerk in my presence, and the techie that tended to my machine.(The tech called asking for the Password, which was in the note. "I read that twice and didn't see it!") I was charged for a hardware assessment where no assessment was possible because, you guessed it, there was no OS installed. Incompetent and/or dishonest -- TO BE AVOIDED!

good service This computer shop provided me with excellent service. I brought my dell inspiron to get fixed because it had a cracked lcd screen. I was given a quote and a time frame. The prices were reasonable for a lcd screen replacement. I received my laptop back on time and it looked brand new. They also gave me some cleaning cloths with that. The place is a little small and crampy, but they make up for it with their service. I would recommend this place.

A++++++++ Best Above the rest This is the 3rd time I had repair work done by The Little Laptop Shop and the 3rd time I walked away saving money and extremely please with the repair. So far they have done 2 virus cleanups for me and a DC Jack repair and a Screen for my company. All A+++++++ On the screen they actually quoted me $299 but got the parts cheaper so they charged me less. I now refer them to everyone

Don't get your hopes up The tech guys at this shop know their stuff and don't charge much to fix your computer. However, they have the rudest and most incompetent sales staff in the city. If they're talking to you, you're already wasting their time. Rather than a simple "hello", any phone calls are greeted with "COMPUTERS!!!" You will undoubtedly be put on hold 2-3 times, so as to trick another sales person into speaking with you.
