Was excited when my ladies group decided to try this restaurant. Reservation was made in advance. Unexpectedly had to take my daughter in which the hostess happily accommodated. When my combo platter came to the table it only came w/marinara. When I asked for ranch i was informed it would be extra, one of the waitresses again accommodated my request. Owner is rude! Went for lunch and saw on the menu that it says Spaghetti with Meatballs. I overheard the wait staff tell a customer they could get an extra meat ball for .50. So when they asked me what I wanted I asked how many meatballs came with the dish. The answer was one and when I inquired about the menu having (s) after meatball they refused to do anything other than agree the menu needed changed. MOST HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! If I could give zero stars I would. We walked in, the “hostess” was on her phone, didn’t greet us. Someone sat us down and then no one came for over 10 minutes, no one asked for our drink order, no one offered bread, nothing. Finally a waiter comes and says “your waitress is a little busy so I’ll take your order” ... there was one other table with people at the time so.... the meal salads were a joke, small flat plate with a few veggies thrown on.
