I was taught that unless you have something good to say then don't say anything. But Little Italy is my favorite luncheon spot with friends until recently when there's been a change in food and serving staff. I won't be bringing my friends or recommending your restaurant when the service is unavailable because they prefer to watch videos on their phone.
