We waited 15-20 minutes after we were seated to even get our water, and it was not crowded, there were open tables. The waitress made us feel like an inconvenience when being seated. Our cocktails came to us after the appetizers. One of our steaks didn't even looked like it was cooked. This restaurant did not start our night off very well....

Sat down at 6 and was served at 7:30. Had two beers before dinner. Would had have a beer at dinner but the waitress disappeared. Sat with my dinner in front of me for 5 min. waiting for my table service. While leaving after dinner I went to the restroom. I was almost knocked down by an employee rushing out and the urinal was still flushing. He did not wash his hands. I'll never go back to eat there! It is truly mis-managed.

I have been going to Little Hills Winery & Restaurant the better part of my adult life. I have always loved the outdoor atmosphere and the wine selections. You can go down the street and sample for free. While I don't visit weekly, I can still say it was always a treat to go there when I had a few extra bucks. It took over 30 minutes to get a hamburger and a salad. The waitress serving the next table placed the empty tray on a chair at our table and left it. After complaining to the manager the waitress never returned to our table so we could pay the check.

My family has beem coming to this winery and restaruant for years and have never had an issue. On our last visit we didint have our winery passport book with us because of a change of vehicles and I called to find out what we needed to do to correct the problem and was told we would have to return, we that would be great if we were locals but we are not.
