Very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up care. We obtained hearing aids for our daughter through this office to help with her auditory processing disorder (APD). Unfortunately, once the hearing aids were issued, communication from the office completely stopped. We have repeatedly tried calling the office and our calls are not answered or returned. I made an appointment for my son here, they cancelled my appointment the night before and have not answered any of requests to reschedule.
I’ve had a very difficult time trying to get an appointment scheduled with Little Heroes Pediatric Hearing Clinic. It took me four phone calls over five days before anyone returned my call and I was finally able to make an appointment. My appointment was scheduled for October 21st at 1:45 PM. I arrived early at 1:15 PM, but found the doors locked. I checked again at 1:30 PM, still locked, and even knocked on the door with no answer. I was incredibly happy with the doctors at Little Heroes. Dr. Lindsey was empathetic and caring. She had a depth of knowledge that was able to diagnose and support our recovery. I couldn't be happier with the care I received and with the wisdom and goodness of the doctors here. And we love Seth at the front desk too!
The best experience we've had with a pediatric audiologist by far. We cannot say enough good things about this clinic and the providers. To make a long story short, we've had varying diagnoses on our son's auditory needs.
