Barrack is absolutely wonderful to work with! Have a VW that won't start. He was willing to come meet me where the car is and start diagnosing the issue on-site. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!
Wow! This did not go as expected. I had given a 5 star rating the day after purchasing a BMW from here. They came highly recommended and Barrack was very helpful. This was 9 days ago. 2 days ago the oil pump went out on it. This is a $1600 repair, and that's if the engine wasn't damaged. I spoke with Barrack about the issue the next day at which time he offered to pay for repairs if I reimbursed him for any money he spent.
