Dr. Sotto has been my children dentist for 15 years. When my former dentist wanted to put my 1 year old toddler under general anesthesia for a cavity, I did a research of all the area dentists and I found Dr. Sotto, I made an appointment to talk about my son's case and he fixed the problem without anesthesia because it was no needed. This is the best pediatric dentistry in Orlando! Every staff member is kind and professional. I love Dr. Soto, he is very thorough, knowledgeable; he is very encouraging, and he praises and motivate my daughter to be diligent with her dental care at home. It works, NO CAVITIES!🤗 Dr. Soto actually checks after her cleanings, and he will do any needed corrections & additional service make sure high quality dental care is rendered. I wish they accepted adults. Thank you all!
I’m going to chalk this up to Dr. Sotto having a bad day, but man did we have a very negative experience our first time visiting this practice! It started off well enough with very kind front desk staff squeezing us in for an emergency appointment after my daughter had a playground accident with significant trauma to her mouth and teeth that resulted in an ER visit and a recommendation to immediately follow up with the dentist.
