Dr. Hughes is an exceptional partner for parents working to help kiddos with anxiety and related behavior struggles. She is kind, warm, and deeply knowledgeable. Every step of the way, she has provided direction, encouragement, accountability, and has shown valuable candor in helping us understand what to expect. After years of trying to find the right tools for my child, her evidence-based approach has provided a deeply needed exhale. I cannot recommend Dr. Hughes strongly enough.
Caitlin Scannell at Little Futures was an incredible resource for our family. My child's anxiety issues were at a peak when we started seeing her and she challenged them head on with tactics and associated homework that my child could understand, and that helped him decrease his health/food and general anxieties from 10/10 to a 2-3/10 that we are thrilled with. Caitlin cares deeply about the families that she works with and I recommend her highly.
Extremely happy with our sessions at Little Futures. Caitlin communicated effective, proven methods that we implemented with our child. We see results and are so happy we made the decision to schedule with her. It took all of six weeks for us to reach a point where we felt we could continue the methods on our own. Thank you!!!
I cannot recommend PCIT enough! Dr Hughes and Dr Larsen have changed our lives, the life of our child, and all of our futures. To say that our daily life was unbearable, is an understatement. The work involved in PCIT has changed that. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
