I love how flexible the service is..I tend to have to go out of town spur of the moment so it’s great to know that I can do that and not have to worry about my cat! Val has been wonderful. She understands what I need and what Martha needs, always sends me very detailed updates when I’m away and double checks with me on anything she is unsure of..she wants to make sure Martha is fully cared for and I love that! I’m actually going to request her services right now :)
