I have been a customer of this florist for the past few years, but the bouquet I received today is completely unacceptable. Not only the flowers arrived very late in the day, the flowers arrived wilted, with petals already browning, shriveled, and drooping. It is honestly shocking that a shop would allow an arrangement in this condition to leave their doors. For the price paid, this level of quality is not acceptable. Extremely disappointed and will not return.
Amazing bouquet. I got the Large pink peonies and was worried whether it would look as good as the photos and it looked even better than the photos. Made my girl very happy thank you
