This cute location of Little Finch is a welcome respite to a tour of the CSU Spur complex at the National Western Center. It is located in the main lobby of the Hydro building. This is an expansive, welcoming space with the usual coffee drinks, some breakfast items available all day, sandwiches, salads, and lots of baked goods. I am attending a conference at CSU Spur. I was so hungry for a snack in between sessions. Imagine my surprise & delight when I spotted a Little Finch cafe in the Spur Hydro building. I picked up a delicious salad and refreshing iced tea! As with anything from Olive & Finch, the flavor of the salad is perfection!
