Dr Chow should not be a Paediatric Dentist Stay away from this place if your looking for a “family” dentist because they are far from run like a family practice no compassion not family oriented girls at the desk are rude. I have no problem with the dentist or the techs. OFFICE STAFF IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! Makayla who makes appointments is extremely rude! I have been yelled at and hung up on by her. When I tried calling back, Suprise suprise they dont answer their business phone!!! I had to go into the office to be able to speak to the office manager. I honestly felt like it was a waste of time trying to let the manager know they have a employee who would treat their patients so poorly. Bad experience!!! Do not recommend at all!!
