Going through many, many calls for water heater quotes, I could tell right away Little Elm TX Water Heater was a straight shooter. He gave me a great deal, and a quick turnaround. did the install, and I couldn't be happier with the job he did. He had to make a lot of alterations to the closet/door and got everything buttoned up perfectly. Super nice guy, and great at his job! Seriously couldn't recommend these guys enough, they really earn their company name.

Called to schedule water heater inspection and replacement of leaking gas water heater. Stated they would be at home between 3-5PM on Friday to inspect water heater and give estimate. Called at 5:30PM to say they could not come and asked if 9AM Saturday morning would work. Agreed to 9AM on Saturday. As of 10:30AM Saturday morning, no call and no show. Our tankless combination boiler and hot water heating system stopped working in the middle of a very frigid night in February. I called Little Elm TX Water Heater at 7 in the morning and they sent a great tech out at 9 a.m. the technicians of Little Elm TX Water Heater were really helpful and professional. They were able to get my system back up and running in about an hour.
