New owners Gerard realtors get camera's fixing up the property and stop renewing the people lease who smoke on the front porch it's disrespectful to people who don't smoke and fix the place up these condos could be a little gem if Gerard realtors just give it some effort put out warnings to people who disrespect the neighbors fix up the place turn this place around go up on the rent tow cars on flat paint the place let's see what happens
Buildings need paint, parking lot needs some attention, just all around maintenance, for the price it could use some upkeep
Made a maintenance request over 7 days ago because my heater was not working. Come to find out it was caused by a leak i reported nearly 2 months ago. It took them close to 6 weeks to even begin to fix the leak. In that time it apparently shorted something out in my heater. Now over a week with no heat.... i bet this will be another 6 to 8 week ordeal.
