Sean Lynch from Little Electric just came, and fixed the electrical housing in the kitchen light, though out the process he communicated clearly while troubleshooting the problem; all while looping me in his repair process-on top of being friendly and sociable though out his visit. We got to relabel the breaker box in the gaps of time needed to test out the fixture- as a quick bonus. Little electric was vert quick to arrive and jelp with the issues we were having. The technician Sean was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job.
I'm an electrical contractor in the Cambridge who got an emergency service call for one of my customers on a Sunday without power. Diagnosed it to be a burn out on an underground service conductor and hydro was forced to pull the meter. I tried calling little electric regarding a backup generator for emergency service call and Joe was extremely helpful with the whole process. Just before the new year we had a late December rain storm which took out and fried both of my outdoor outlets! Little Electric was able to quickly come by and help me replace the outlet and cover to get everything back working again. Thanks soo much for your help and time (Adam and Alex and the staff there)!
