I wanted to wait til closer to my second year to review this place. I've worked in property management for years, so I probably have a more understanding view. But so far here's our experience: Things that are true: -Grass sometimes getting so high that my dogs are afraid to use it. -Slow/delayed maintenance -Occasional rude staff -unit not "perfect" at move in -rent increases -occasional bad neighbor (if you don't have one, it's probably you) -dogs bark, babies cry, life happens. -Upstairs can be hot in the summer. I great place to live if you like super loud music, barking dogs, and people working on cars outside all the time. Tried calling the office for weeks and get no answer on any of the numbers.
Not a bad place , of course you have occasional bad apples but I would recommend . Grammas really cares about their property and they do a good job maintaining and trying to keep the bad out
Granted when you first see them they are nice. But they don’t keep up with maintenance. If you complain about anything, you are told you not like it you out in 30 days I personally experience that when I ask the kids that were mowing the yard to Not mow in the gravel with the guard up on the mower they were flinging rocks everywhere most of the time the grass is not mowed, but once a month And plan on your rent going up as soon as your lease is up and your water bill will vary how can a household of six use the same amount o... read more
