I great place to live if you like super loud music, barking dogs, and people working on cars outside all the time. Tried calling the office for weeks and get no answer on any of the numbers.
Not a bad place , of course you have occasional bad apples but I would recommend . Grammas really cares about their property and they do a good job maintaining and trying to keep the bad out
Granted when you first see them they are nice. But they don’t keep up with maintenance. If you complain about anything, you are told you not like it you out in 30 days I personally experience that when I ask the kids that were mowing the yard to Not mow in the gravel with the guard up on the mower they were flinging rocks everywhere most of the time the grass is not mowed, but once a month And plan on your rent going up as soon as your lease is up and your water bill will vary how can a household of six use the same amount o... read more
Do not rent, unless you have no other options. I rented one of the apartments (not the town homes) because I had friends and family in the same neighborhood. My apartment was not clean when I moved in, I had to request someone to come clean it. I had an issue with the tenant below me smoking 3 packs a day which was making my apt smell awful. They agreed to move me to another unit, if I gave them an additional deposit. Then tried to charge me for the apt not being "cleaned" when I left when it wasn't clean when I moved in. Th... read more
