Garbage. Been living here the past eight years and the only reason why we’ve stayed so long is because we had the pool. Now they’re making these ridiculous rubber wristband rules. My mother literally brought the official copy of the evidence of her paying her rent to the building and they refused to let us into the pool. If you lose the “special wristband” they say you have to pay 25 dollars for a new one. To use the pool that you pay over a thousand dollars for. This place needs to get paved asap. They have let it go for far too long. And could use some weeding and landscaping. Overall my boyfriend likes living here.
So I moved here in September 2023. It takes a little getting use to because, yes, the walls are thin and you can hear everyone in your building coming & going. You do get use to it after while. I've since met some really wonderful people living here. The best thing for me, though, is my son. He has made some really great friends here and that makes me the happiest. I am very disappointed. I live above someone who does not work. I have decided to get an attorney so I can get out of my lease. I cannot stay here any further. My son can not even sleep at night for school because the tenants make noise 24 hours a day. I have had it! DO NOT MOVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT MOVE HERE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX. IF YOU LIKE A QUIET PLACE THEN THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT MOVE HERE! I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT HERE! DO NOT MOVE HERE!
