The new owners are horrible, they never fix anything my children and I have lived in this apartment for three weeks with black mold and no one paid for a certified mold inspector to come view the problem... I am moving due to the illness me and my daughters are having living here and they haven't even offered us to live in one of their many (4or 5) vacant apartments. Until they fix the mold problem.
