Simon and the other guy helping us out ( I totally forgot his name) were hilarious. Like, genuinely funny. Not in a forced, “I’ll pretend to laugh if you buy the extended warranty” kind of way, but in a warm, banter-filled, “we actually enjoy our jobs” kind of way. And more importantly, they were helpful. Bought a truck from this place years ago. Had issues right away .....to be expected on a used truck. Recently called wanting to purchase a truck. They had wanted to know if I could get a better price if I paid cash now. Dealing with owner's son VS dealing with the original owner and was treated pretty rudely. He did call back and apologize. But I will never buy a vehicle from this place again.
Really knowledgeable and helpful with the F150 I bought. Super nice people and great to work with, I had a great experience!
