I as the patient had completed a CAT Scan appointment. I never received a call, I waited patiently for 13 days for your staff to call and make an appointment. So I had to call and schedule. 3 days later on a Friday I showed up for my appointment just to be told I wasn’t scheduled. Your staff didn’t have my appointment in your system.
