We have out goats processed here and they are USDA certified, so we can sell the meat. They vacuum seal all the meat.
We will forever use little Colorado meats!
It's expensive but the meat cooks better and tastes better and it's meat ranched on the mountain not some other nasty country and shipped in. I don't like the cost but I'll pay it.

FIELD TRIP WITH MY LEARNING CENTER WAS SO EDUCATIONAL!! AND WE NEED TO KNOW WHERE OUR MEAT COMES FROM!! They treated us so wonderful and Carolee individually took us through the whole process of processing a hooved animal. We got to see it ALL, no holding back! Some needed to step away, most didn't have to, but all felt educated after. We loved understanding where our meat comes from and how it's done, not just a package in the store.
