I don't know what happened it was by far the worst meat that I have ever got, it's like the cows were ancient and drinking Geritol when they bit the Dust ! LOL I'm not kidding! Ribeyes were horrendous and the liver had that black Edge where you can tell it must have been sitting out for a long time before they cut it up,

We have out goats processed here and they are USDA certified, so we can sell the meat. They vacuum seal all the meat.
We will forever use little Colorado meats!
It's expensive but the meat cooks better and tastes better and it's meat ranched on the mountain not some other nasty country and shipped in. I don't like the cost but I'll pay it.
