I stared working with Jared at the beginning of April and was very quick with getting him any document he asked for. Each and every time, Jared would send me an email with an "offer", the following day he would switch up his answer. Lacy took care of everything. She seem to do everything from home inspection, paperwork, emails, calls, etc. 🫡. Communication has always been fast with Lacy. She answered all questions during and after the process.. Kary is lucky to have her. Got the hard money loan in about 2 weeks. The Closing went smooth. Recommend Little City for a hard money loan!
