Communication from this company has been extremely poor. Our accommodation was cancelled 7 weeks before our trip during the busiest time of year over Christmas/New Year. We didn’t realise this had occurred until the week before our trip making rebooking something extremely difficult and very costly. The original email notifying us of the cancellation is nowhere to be found by us (and we’ve searched high and low) and hence was never responded to. Little City Group has looked after our property for over 12 months and we are pleased with the service we receive.
Have had a two year relationship with Tom and the crew at Little City Group, assisting us with our unique property in Tasmania. Always a pleasure to deal with staff and prompt and meaningful answers delivered to our queries or issues. Expect to have a long relationship going forward.
