I can’t list all Little City have done in managing my property for the past 2.5 years, but it has been just a fantastic experience. They’ve dealt with every issue so promptly and with such professionalism - and are a lovely team to boot. Have thrown some tricky situations at them and they’ve managed each of them incredibly well. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
worst booking experience i have ever had. to just before our trip cancelled it and told me that I hadn't paid but sent me receipts to show i had paid made no sense. then when asked why they gave me the same excuse. did offer to fix then told me my refund was in the bank. this was not the case had to prove it wasn't this went on for over a month backward and forwards till they realised it wasn't returned. AVOID ALL THEIR PROPERTIES. Believe the negative reviews. And just read their defensive and yet attacking response. You'll know all you need to know just from that. The postive reviews are totally out of alignment with our experience and clearly others who've taken the time to warn others to avoid Little City Group properties. Avoid any property operated by The Little City Group. Our stay at Woodbridge Hill Country Escape revealed multiple safety and maintenance failures: Front door had no seals.
